 Digital CFO's DNA is based on the CIMA management accounting principles. 

In 1996 we developed our own SAP management accounting and FP&A reporting bolt on which still brings S4/HANA data to life.

Today we work with Fortune 1'000 organizations on their big controlling issues.  

We started way back in the early days of Industry 3.0, and have been at the forefront of the move towards a fully digital Industry 4.0 operating model and the Digital CFO.

The role of Enterprise Architect is that of  custodian of the organisations operating model and the role should reside within the CFO's  transfromsiton organisation.
 

We help establish the role of the Enterprise Architect and help CFO's define and refine their operating model to meet the challenges of Industry 4.0
